SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

• Orders are shipped within a maximum of 5 days after the payment is made.
• Delivery time ranges from 4-10 days, depending on your location.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Write to us at storiesbyheritage@gmail.com to register your return. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product. We will arrange the pickup and cover the courier cost.
• Please ensure the product is well-packed for return to prevent any damage in transit.
• Refunds are processed once the product passes our Quality Assurance check for damages.
